Start first month

 When is my baby due?

 Your doctor or midwife will work out your due date by adding 9 months and 7 days to the first day of your last period.  this is called your accepted date of delivery. They can also work this out from your ultra-slow scan or examination. Remember this is only and estimate most women have their babies slightly before or after this date.

 Morning feel tired

You may suffer from morning sickness due to hormonal changes in the early months. 

 Despite its name This can happen at any time of the day or night. if you do endure from morning sickness try to:

  • Avid cooling smell
  • Get as much fresh air as possible
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Eat small meals frequently every 2-3 hours rather than two or three larger ones
  • Avoid fatty or spicy foods
  • Eat a dry gateau plain biscuit or a slice of Toast in the morning before you get out of bed.

Ask your doctor and also your well wishers I think in their you got a good result for your pregnancy time.

 You should eat a balanced healthy diet for your own health as well as your baby’s growth and development. You don’t need to eat or two but it is important to eat enough of the right foods. use the healthy eating and pregnancy bullet to plan a healthy diet.

Start second month

Every day and every moment changes on your body and your mind.  And this time you need to best take care of your own free Kingdom.  Always remember that, heart you do and heart you are staying only you can decide this.  Always feel free and tension free, do some freedom work.
